If your jewellery develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Start your request via our contact page with your order number and photos.

Right to cancel: you may cancel within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made a shipping error.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
